Salary: 0-$250 USD per hour or more.


Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:
Manage social media engagement and following across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube).
Posting links that are relevant to clients marketing strategy.
Scheduling and posting daily content to our current social media pages (Instagram, Facebook).
Create Paid Social strategy programs for new campaigns or account structures based on objectives.
Drafting copy and optimizing hashtags for captions.
Respond to comments and DMs including customer service or routing messages to the right person.
Working with the SM Manager to develop a consistent, stylish and appealing aesthetic for our social media feeds.
Work with an in-house designer/photographer to create new content.
Find, recommend and assist SM Manager in recruiting influencers.
Track influencer shipments and follow-up communication.
Work with SM Manager to create and own social media KPIs.
Experiment with new and creative methods to leverage social media activities.
Stay up-to-date with ever-changing trends within social media marketing.

Creative writing and copywriting skills, with samples
Understanding of social media marketing
Good customer service as you will be the contact for customers, followers and influencers
Passion and pride in your work
Able to work on a very small team, taking accountability for your work
Able to work well under pressure and with quick deadlines
