Bigpond Emails Send Aren't Appearing in Sent folder

• Often, it is possible that the email on your device has not rightly synced and configured with the sent folder. You can solve this by syncing yourself by hitting the "Send/Receive" in the email client.
• Moreover, some changes in the sent folder setting can affect email delivery to different path or not to be stored in the folder.
• Check folder settings by going to the “Settings” or “Options" menu in the configured email client and searching for the “Account Settings" or "Folder Settings" tab.
• Server problems can be the reason for not saving in the sent folder. Apply the server settings given on the email client website.
