The main body of all models is made of either extruded anodized aluminium or cold rolled steel. Using horizontal or vertical laminar air flow, the work area can be kept at class 100, 10, or 1. It is ideal for semiconductor, microelectronic, pharmaceutical, and biomedical applications.
