Android 9.0 Pie
The basics are the key ingredients when it comes to smartphones, and with the Sony Xperia 10 III you get Android 9 Pie (with Sony’s AI capabilities baked into the picture, no doubt) and a camera that isn’t half-bad. Cameras As its name suggests, the 10 III comes with a 20.7MP rear sensor and a 5MP front-facing camera, both with large 1/2.3-inch sensors, and the former also offers its benefits in terms of Bokeh and A.I.-guided auto-focus. Internal Storage Unfortunately, there’s only one option in the Xperia 10 III’s price range and it’s not going to do you any favors when it comes to the onboard storage space. The main configuration features 32GB, and while that might seem adequate for the majority of the time, storing games and pictures is a real problem.
Software
The Xperia 10 III ships with the latest version of Sony’s skin, which is well refined and more intuitive than ever before. New features include the ability to alter the display resolution in tablet or laptop mode, an image widget that displays anything from time to weather to whatever file you’re viewing, a swiping capability that replaces the many taps needed to perform an action on the home screen, and a settings menu that makes finding those settings much easier than ever before. The most immediately noticeable difference between this and previous versions of Android is the addition of floating window mode, which offers quick access to keyboard shortcuts or to things like voice search or music playback while you’re working
