It is designed to allow the driver’s self-service option for meeting the new federal regulation which requires them to self-certify with the RMV. We will complete this online transaction process in approximately five minutes with the following materials handy:

- Your license information
- Your US DOT medical certificate, if you are required to carry one.
- If you are required to carry a medical certificate, your US DOT medical certificate will need to be scanned on your computer as a PDF or JPG file to be uploaded to the Registry.
