• Rushton type or equivalent, aeration system is designed for up to 2.0 vvm, Sterile filter housing equipped with absolute filter 0,2-micron meter, Human machine interface should be touch screen panel enable to operate all process parameters as per set point control.
• It has temperature Control Sterilizable Pt100 probe (dual RTD) with Output 4 to 20mA.
• It has inbuilt Electrical heater in the jacket line enables to control both process and Sterilization temperature.
• It has pH Control Sterilizable pH-electrode (gel type) integrated in a SS housing with Measuring accuracy ±0.1PH.
• It has provided with Oil free 1 HP Air compressor with 35 Lts Storage with require pressure regulating vale and pressure gauge AND 500 Lts Water storage tank (PP or SS) with circulating pump enable to control Process temperature and sterilization cycle, Tool kit, Spare for O ring and Septum.
