High Level : Avaya CM or PBX and Call center
Skills :
- Experience doing software based adds/moves/changes in Avaya telephone systems.
- Prefer experience with systems that support digital AND VoIP stations.
- Good understanding of enterprise telephone system features, lines, stations, number plans and how these things inter-relate.
- Experience placing orders with Telecommunication for facilities such as telephone lines and project managing them to completion.
- Experience working as the contact point for internal users for:
o Clarifying the details of the moves/adds/changes they want.
o Clarifying trouble ticket information when they report problems.
o Talking them though how to use phone system and voice mail features.
- Coordinating work w vendor technicians to ensure work is scheduled and completed properly.
- PC , Word and Excel skills.
- Good verbal skills: talking and listening.
- Experience completing follow up paperwork.
- Have a valid California Driver's license and be able to drive to different job sites as needed.
