India has one of the biggest MBA education organization in the world, with 4500+ Business-schools and more than 700,000+ students enrolled in various MBA, CAT or equivalent programs. One needs to have good communication ability to be able to do well in GDs and PIs. If one is not able to communicate one’s thoughts and feelings properly, then it can be an obstacle to one’s growth in colleges as well as employment organisations.
This aspect is of less importance as compared to the others mentioned. Many students are not aware of this. But, this plays a role in getting a student a chance to enter Top MBA colleges. After the entrance exams take place, one has to appear for GD (group discussion) and PI (personal interview). This is where personality comes into play.
