Here we are in Karumba it’s the start of the prawn season 2015 the guys are all getting ready to head out fairly shortly in the next couple of days. All the crew tested all their equipment each boat will catch around about a hundred tons of pawns. They’ll catch them process them and freeze them at sea and the boats will come back every couple of weeks and unloading Karumba.
Here at our facility and the product will be loaded up into trucks and head out to all the coal stores around the country so some of the biggest changes from growing up. Here is key and coming down the wharf and seeing boats come in with wet prawns and fast-forwarding.
Today we’ve got onboard freezing that put the porns in the box and they put it blocks the boxes in a thing for a snap and they freeze really really quickly without porn fishing to me.
