Bayfield’s are the makers of Scarborough Chardonnay , a special class of sparkling white wine , that comes from the Scarborough region where the Chardonnay green grapes are grown. These grapes are used for the making of the sparkling white wines after a good year of fermentation . The fermentation gives that unique taste that is neither sweet like grape juice nor as hard an alcoholic drink like the whisky or Vodka . The wines are somewhere in the middle with just the right alcoholic content .
