Pharmacodynamics This product has the activity of repellent to cattle, sheep flukes, blood pironematodes and some arthropods.It is not effective against flukes in fore and aft.The removal rate of most gastrointestinal nematodes, such as blood pike nematode, open mouth nematode and oesophageal nematode, was over 90%.Some sheep twist blood lariformis strains can develop resistance to this product.Cyanodide sodium can repel hookworm effectively, but has no effect on the larvae in vivo.It can also prevent or reduce the infection of common c. elegans in horses.In addition, it had 100% killing effect on stage 1, 2 and 3 sheep nose fly maggot, and had better killing effect on stage 3 cow skin fly larvae.The mechanism of insect resistance is to uncouple oxidative phosphorylation by increasing the permeability of mitochondria of the parasite, so as to play the role of killing.

Pharmacokinetic cyanodide had a high protein binding rate in sheep plasma (& GT;99 percent), thus having a half-life of 14.5 days.Drugs are mainly excreted in the stool (80%), less than 0.5% of drugs are excreted in the urine.

[Drug interactions]: Cyanoidazole may be used in combination with benzimidazole or levamidazole.

[Indications]: mainly used for the prevention and treatment of cattle and sheep hepaticochiasis and most gastrointestinal nematode diseases such as blood pike nematode, craniostoma nematode, esophageal nematode, etc.Can also be used to prevent and control sheep crazy fly maggot disease.
