Auto Batch Pre-expander Machine for expansion eps beads, the expander machine applies PLC and touch screen, automatic feeding, electronic weighting, temperature control, material level control to realize automatic production and assure the density of the foamed material.
-stainless steel expansion chamber, external coating in painted steel plate
-rectangular inspection windows which allow the operator to look at the internal side of the expansion chamber
on the whole height and check how the expansion process follows
-screw conveyor or vacuum inlet with a wide section, which allows fast feeding of raw material
-electronic weight scale for weighing the raw material to be expanded, and the weight can be set on the touch screen.
- steam pressure reducing valve and proportional steam valve system for stable and safe supply of steam and expansion and precisely controlling of steam to save energy.
-good quality and precise material level control device assuring uniform density of expanded material.
-equipped with stainless steel fluidized drying bed which can dry, crush and filter the expanded material automatically.
