The steering column group height is 907mm, and the height can not be changed, but it can tilting backward and forward. The steering wheel diameter 380mm,the steering gear shroud is plastic injection moulding to ensure the using under the temperature from -50oC -80oC. The steering column group had mounted wire harness, the rocker switch, left and right combination switch, ignition switch,and instrument cluster (customized) to show the status of the machinery. The inner steel frame is powder coating or galvanized type to prevent rust.
The assembly mode to the machine with spline key or parallel key.
The pivot point is located in the middle of the steering column, adjustment range is 18 degrees backward (driver) and 8 degree forward (window). Pull the locking handle on the left side of the rotating direction counterclockwise, adjust before and after. After turning the steering column to the proper position, turn the rotating handle, clockwise to lock the steering machine.
This steering gear is ergonomically designed for the construction machinery, agricultural machinery ,mining machinery.
