2BE1 liquid ring vacuum pump is single stage liquid ring vacuum pump and is used to transport gases and vapors, predominantly for intake pressures below atmospheric pressure.

2BE1 series liquid ring vacuum pumps is our new developed products based on old Nash 2BE series liquid ring vacuum pump. We offer same outline dimensions for bolt-on replacement and equivalent performances. Our 2BE1 liquid ring vacuum pump is available in 29 models, and is ATEX Certified. Based on original Germany design, the 2BE1 liquid ring vacuum pump has been used in almost all industrial vacuum application and has been providing thousands of facilities in different application with reliable performance.

It has many advantages, such as compact structure, convenient maintenance, reliable running, high efficiency and economical powers consumption. Our standard pump material is cast iron, for special application, pump in stainless steel SS304, stainless steel SS316L, stainless steel SS321 and duplex stainless steel SS2205 are available. We also have 2BE1 pump with Partition wall in pump casing special for paper industry.

In order to ensure the strength of impeller and the best performance of the vacuum pump, the 2BE1 liquid ring vacuum pump adopts cast impeller, using castings from best domestic foundries, carrying out two dynamic balance testing on rotor assembly, it bring more reliable performance and less vibration during operation.
