GJP high tensile strength requirement flanged bearing SBTRD205-16 is mainly applied on the automobile field, and we design this bearing with narrow extended inner ring, two set screws 120 degree spaced on the outer diameter of inner ring for the purpose of tightening the bearing into the shaft, in order for better preventing of dust, GJP design the shielding way with two metal shield which is plated with white zinc(ZZ type), for the housing, GJP use the high hardness HT450 ductile iron, which could bearing higher temperature also,because it’s designed with three bolts, which is square type, and has less space for marking, so for this item, normally we don’t produce with brand on the housing.you could choose to have grease fitting or not on the 45 degree angle, which is depends on customer’s demanding, and meanwhile, black color, green color, grey, blue color are all available in our production ranges.
